Ashley started her wellness journey when she became pregnant with her oldest daughter in 2011.  By researching the most non-toxic products, chemicals to avoid, and homeopathic remedies for her and her family, she began her education on living a healthier and toxic free life. Many of the toxic ingredients found in mainstream commercial products contribute to the skin disorders, hormone disruption, inflammation, diseases and other health issues. Embracing a less is more approach with quality over quantity, she is able to empower and educate others to switch out their products for clean and natural alternatives that are also better for the environment.

As an AADP Certified Holistic Health Coach and trained Chef, she believes that what you put on your body is just as important as what you put in it. With her chef background and focus on gut health, she is a huge advocate of organic, plant-based eating, emphasizing the importance of non-GMO produce and grains while supporting local farmers. Taking a holistic, organic approach in all that she does, she knows that eliminating toxins in ones environment and limiting plastic use in the home is the first step to living a healthier and happier life!
