In this Privacy Policy, we (Natur, LLC, a New York limited liability company (“Natur” or “we”)), describe how we use personally identifiable information about you that we collect through webpages at www.LiveNatur.com (such website being the “Website”).  Natur is strongly committed to protecting your privacy and providing a safe online experience for all our users. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) discusses the personally identifying information (“PII”) that we collect about you through the Website, which Website includes all of the articles and videos and other content and services we provide on the Website.  Please read the complete Policy below and contact us if you have any questions. This Policy is part of and incorporated into the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website (the “Terms”).   Accordingly, and per the Terms, Natur may make changes to the Policy from time to time in its sole discretion by updating this posting on the Website, and specifying the effective date of the new version of the Policy. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of a new version of the Policy constitutes your acceptance of any such changes. Accordingly, whenever you visit the Website you should check to see if a new version of the Policy has been posted.

If you are not comfortable with this Policy or the Terms, please do not provide us with PII or otherwise use the Website.

1. Types of Data Collected; Collection Methods; Combination of Data

You actively send information to us when you use the Website, participate in surveys or promotions, post opinions on our bulletin boards, respond to us or otherwise contact us. Depending on your choices, you may send us:

  • Contact and personally identifiable information (such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, birthday, gender and e-mail address);
  • Payment information (such as your payment card details, financial account information, security codes, and billing address);
  • Information provided by you in conjunction with a survey or a promotion, or in registering for an event;

4.  How Secure Is My Information?

Your Obligations. You must protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Please sign off when you have finished using a shared computer. Your emails to us are not necessarily secure against interception so do not include sensitive information in them. We will not ask for passwords in an email and you should assume that if you get such a request, it might be fraudulent. YOU MUST DO WHAT YOU REASONABLY CAN TO ENSURE THE SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Our Security Measures. We take reasonable precautions to protect the security of our users’ information. We have physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help safeguard, prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use your information. However, neither people nor security systems are foolproof, including encryption systems. In addition, people can commit intentional crimes, make mistakes or fail to follow policies. Therefore, while we use reasonable efforts to protect your PII, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

The Website is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information via the Website from visitors younger than 13. We ask that our users not provide information about anyone under the age of 13 without first getting the parents’ consent. We encourage parents to talk to their children about their use of the Internet and the information they disclose to websites.

The Website contains links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Website and to read the privacy statements of every website that collects your PII. This Policy applies only to information collected by the Website.

Natur is based in the U.S. and the information Natur collects is governed by U.S. law. If you are accessing the Website from outside of the U.S., please be aware that information collected through the Website may be transferred to, processed, stored, and used in the U.S. Data protection laws in the U.S. may be different from those of your country of residence. Your use of the Website or provision of any information therefor constitutes your consent to the transfer to and from, processing, usage, sharing, and storage of your information, including PII, in the U.S. as set forth in this Policy.

Notice to California Residents

Subject to certain limits under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents may ask us to provide them with (i) a list of certain categories of personal information that we have disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, and (ii) the identity of those third parties.
